“I’ve called John at Drain Genie Plumbing twice now for complicated jobs with one after hours emergency. His responsiveness and the quality of the work are first rate. Both jobs resulted in unexpected complications once the work was underway and the problems exposed. But John doesn’t take advantage of you as I’ve experienced with another service. His pricing is fair and he explained my options so I could make a decision on the work to be done. John and Drain Genie will be my only call when I need plumbing help.” Read Full Review

They are Personable and Very Willing to Help Their Customers.
“Drain Genie Plumbing was very quick to respond to our sewer emergency. We had a very difficult problem with the sewer and they just went above and beyond what I think any other plumber would have done. They put in three days worth of labor to solve our problem. I Would Recommend Drain Genie to Anyone Who Needs Their Services
